ElevatED Leadership Academy is a leadership development platform that provides online courses, AI-powered coaching, competency tracking, and community tools for professionals at all stages of their leadership journey. Access to the ElevatED platform is provided as part of a bundled engagement that includes an in-person workshop facilitated by Jalaina Davis.

ElevatED is not offered as a standalone subscription product. Platform access is bundled exclusively with a facilitated workshop engagement. Upon confirmation of an engagement, each participant receives 90 days of complimentary access to the ElevatED platform beginning from their activation date.
After the 90-day bundled period, participants may continue accessing certain content on a read-only basis, including assessment results, competency scores, certificates, course notes, and goal history. Active features including AI coaching, new course access, and goal refinement require a paid continuation subscription, if offered at the time of expiration.
ElevatED reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or sunset the platform continuation offering with reasonable notice to affected users.

ElevatED is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to use ElevatED only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
ElevatED grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course content for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes during your active access period.
Certificates issued by ElevatED are tied to your account and the specific course version you completed. Certificates are awarded upon genuine completion of course requirements including any required assessments. Any attempt to fraudulently obtain a certificate may result in immediate account termination.
Course content may be updated periodically. When significant updates are made, enrolled learners will be notified. ElevatED reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or remove courses with reasonable notice.
ElevatED's AI Coach is powered by third-party artificial intelligence technology (Anthropic). AI coaching responses are generated based on your learning context, your competency assessment, and your conversation history. They are intended for educational and developmental purposes only.
AI coaching responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. You should not rely solely on AI coaching for decisions that require professional expertise.
AI coaching sessions are subject to daily usage limits per user. ElevatED does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated response.
Coaching conversation data is used solely to provide the coaching experience and is not shared with your employer or organization administrators. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Leadership Forum is a community space for platform users to share experiences and learn from each other. By posting in the Forum you agree that:
If you access ElevatED as part of a corporate engagement, your learning progress, competency scores, course completion records, and goal activity may be visible to authorized personnel within your organization, including managers, facilitators, HR administrators, and your engagement sponsor.
This visibility is a disclosed feature of organizational accounts and is intended to support manager coaching and development tracking. AI coaching conversation content is not shared with organizational administrators.
Organizations are responsible for ensuring their participants' use of ElevatED complies with these Terms and with applicable employment law.
Independent consultants and facilitators who participate in the ElevatED Partner Program are subject to a separate Partner Agreement in addition to these Terms. Partners are responsible for ensuring their clients' use of the platform complies with these Terms. Partner flat fees, onboarding requirements, and program terms are governed exclusively by the Partner Agreement.
All content on ElevatED, including course materials, assessments, competency frameworks, AI coaching infrastructure, platform design, branding, and the ElevatED name and logo, is owned by or licensed to ElevatED Leadership Academy LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ElevatED content without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of content you create on the platform — your notes, forum posts, goal entries, and coaching conversations. By posting content on the platform you grant ElevatED a limited license to display and store that content as necessary to operate the service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ElevatED Leadership Academy LLC and its operators, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account and your use of the platform.

ElevatED reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your conduct is harmful to other users or to the platform.
Upon termination, your access to active platform features will cease. Data handling upon termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The following sections survive termination of these Terms or your account and remain in full effect: Sections 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Indemnification), 14 (Disclaimers), 15 (Limitation of Liability), 16 (Governing Law), and 18 (General Provisions).
ElevatED is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
ElevatED does not guarantee specific outcomes from using the platform, including career advancement, skill development, or any other result. Leadership development requires sustained effort over time; the platform is a tool to support that effort, not a guarantee of it.
ElevatED is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated coaching responses. You are responsible for independently verifying any information provided by the AI Coach before relying on it for decisions of consequence.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ElevatED Leadership Academy LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of ElevatED shall not exceed the amount paid for the engagement associated with your platform access.
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the platform or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose. Claims not brought within this period are permanently barred to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms that are not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to contact ElevatED at hello@elevateleadership.academy and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues can be resolved this way.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email to the address associated with your account. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of ElevatED after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may request account closure at any time.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver will only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ElevatED.
Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and ElevatED. You may not make any representations or commitments on ElevatED's behalf.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Client Services Agreement or Partner Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and ElevatED regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject matter.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. ElevatED may assign these Terms without restriction in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
